13th edition of the Music & Wine Festival at Clos Vougeot

The Domaine d’Ardhuy, producer and owner of a parcel of Clos de Vougeot, is every year a partner of the Music & Wine Festival at Clos Vougeot along with many other great producers.
This year for the 13th edition of the festival, the concerts and tastings took place from Tuesday June 22 to Sunday June 27. The wines of Domaine d’Ardhuy were tasted during the first evening of the festival preceding the opening concert played by two new artists:
Gautier Capuçon, cellist and Jean-Yves Thibaudet, pianist, both loyal to the festival and lovers of Burgundy.
The Music & Wine Festival at Clos Vougeot has excelled since 2008 thanks to the marriage it creates between international artists and great Burgundy estates.
For the thirteenth time, the festival’s remarkable program offered classical music enthusiasts numerous concerts with the presence of great artists: Hugues Borsarello, Frank Braley, Gautier Capuçon, Charles Dutoit, Charles Hervet, Jean-Yves Thibaudet, and young talents like Julia Pusker.
The Château du Clos de Vougeot, emblematic place of the Music & Wine Festival, welcomes musical and viticultural excellence at the height of its reputation in Burgundy and in the world. Throughout the week, music and wine lovers shared moments of conviviality while respecting the measures in force.
A unique tasting at Clos Vougeot
Festival-goers were able to taste two wines from Domaine d’Ardhuy, a 2018 Corton Grand Cru “Le Clos du Roi” during the tastings preceding the mâchons and taste some Clos des Langres Monopole Rouge 2018 during the inauguration dinner of the 13th edition of the festival which took place in the large cellar of the Château du Clos de Vougeot.
