50 YEARS IN 2022
In 2022, the World Heritage Convention celebrates its 50th anniversary. This Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, adopted on 16 November 1972, is the founding act of the World Heritage Committee (created in 1976) and of the World Heritage List, which inscribed its first sites in 1978.
Aperitifs in UNESCO locations just for you… or almost!
To celebrate this anniversary, the 9 UNESCO sites in Burgundy-Franche-Comté are taking advantage of the Month of Climats to offer, every Friday evening in June, a discovery of their Outstanding Universal Value (U.U.V.) through regional tastings. These evenings have been designed to share UNESCO’s universal values with the public in a convivial way and to express the singular character of each listed site through a visit outside the public opening hours. Enjoy moments with your partner, family or friends while tasting local products in World Heritage sites that are open just for them!
Rendez-vous on 03, 10, 17 & 24 June for 4 aperitifs with a view of the vineyards, from the old Abbey of Saint-Vivant, the Maison Jacques Copeau in Pernand-Vergelesses or from the vines of renowned winegrowers including the Domaine d’Ardhuy. After a short visit to these sites, which are usually closed to the public, there will be a guided wine tasting and a picnic of good Côte d’Or products.
Reserve your place at Domaine d’Ardhuy on 10/06!
The festival of the month of Climats is an additional opportunity to discover the Domaine d’Ardhuy in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
