« Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne » : its origin
Created in 1992 by the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne, the event “Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne” takes place every two (2) years in March and has the particularity of allowing professionals the opportunity to meet in the heart of the vineyard.
For one week, professionals will travel through Burgundy, visiting twelve (12) tasting rooms in prestigious locations, from Chablis to the Côte Chalonnaise, via the Côte de Nuits and Beaune. One day is dedicated to each of the five (5) vineyards.
