Exploration

Ladoix cuvée Dolia

The freedom of Pinot Noir in an amphora. Crisp fruit, velvety texture. An exploration of taste. The audacity of a return to one's roots.

Tasting notes and pairings

This wine, with its clear garnet red color, offers a nose of red fruits, raspberry, and cherry. Delicious and fruity, it is supple on the palate and pairs perfectly with poultry, grilled meats, or sautéed vegetables with thyme. Serve at 14-16°C.

Our Vineyard

This vintage comes from the blending of several plots located at the foot of the Corton hill, at an altitude of 250 m. The soil is clay-limestone, and is made up of varied scree and colluvial silt on chailles (limestone pebbles), ensuring these relatively fertile soils have good drainage, favorable to the precocity and ripening of the grapes. The average age of the vines is around 40 years.
