Atanas, Vigneron-Tractoriste
Having arrived from Bulgaria for a season in the vineyards, Atanas finally settled in Burgundy in 2018.
A winemaker and grape grower, he is also Team Leader during the harvest at the Domaine.
Adrien, Tractor Team Leader
For over 20 years, Adrien has combined his passion for mechanics with his work in the great outdoors.
Versatile, he adapts each of his operations to the needs of the plots and the rhythm of the seasons, all in consultation with Christophe, our Vineyard Manager. Every season is a new challenge that he takes up with his legendary good humor!
Christophe, Culture Manager
Vineyard Manager since 2019, Christophe coordinates all viticultural work on the estate. He supervises the teams and ensures that cultivation practices comply with organic specifications.
Originally from Savoie, he worked on several estates in Burgundy before joining the team. His background as a former winegrower and his knowledge of technical issues mean that he is able to adapt vineyard management methods to changing climatic conditions, in consultation with our Registrar, Vincent.
Olivier, Vineyard worker
For over 20 years, Olivier has been tending Burgundy's vines, following the rhythm of the seasons. He loves working in nature, and his favorite time of year is pruning. Shaping the vines is his specialty!
What's his favorite vineyard to work on at the Domaine? Corton Le Clos du Roi, for the view!
Alicia, Vineyard worker
Originally from the south of France and from a family of winegrowers, Alicia recently joined the team after initial experience in goat breeding.
Versatile, she is involved in all aspects of viticultural work, including bottling.
Newly settled in Burgundy, she is learning about local vineyard practices.
Thomas, Assistant Cellar Manager
A demanding winemaker, Thomas elaborates each vintage with precision, in consultation with Vincent.
A musician and film buff, he puts his sensibility at the service of the wines he makes, to best express the identity of each terroir, in a constant quest for balance, elegance and shared emotions.
Alexandre, Tâcheron
Since 2018, Alexandre has been looking after the vines of Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Clous and Beaune 1er Cru Les Theurons Petit Clos Blanc, a total of 2 ha that he manages independently, after defining the program of interventions with our Head of Culture, Christophe.
He first worked in the cellar before discovering the vineyard and becoming a labourer. A loner, he enjoys the diversity of vineyard work.
Sales and Support Teams
Majoric, Wine Tourism Team Leader
Passionate about Burgundy wines, Majoric first worked in the vineyards and in order picking, before taking charge of the Domaine's wine tourism activities in 2020.
Since then, he and his team have been welcoming our visitors for a special moment, taking pleasure in telling the story of the Domaine, its traditions and its secrets, during a convivial and instructive moment in the heart of the vines!
Louison, Wine tourism consultant
Originally from the Auvergne region of France, Louison is studying for a Licence Professionnelle in Wine Trade & Œnotourism in Dijon, France. She fell under the Manoir's spell during a stay in the region... and had the good instinct to knock on our door!
Today, she shares her passion with our visitors, and loves to chat in French, English or Italian about Burgundy and the wines of the Domaine!
Jean-Luc, Sales Manager France and Export
After studying and working in the legal profession, Jean-Luc turned his professional focus to his passion, wine. He joined the Domaine in 2022.
He likes to approach his job "seriously, but without taking himself too seriously", finding in wine a world of pleasure and sharing.
He puts his attentiveness and dynamism at the service of the Domaine's customers, and is always delighted to help them discover our wines!
Melanie, Sales and Administrative Assistant France and Export
After 13 years in the luxury hotel business, both in France and abroad, Mélanie returned to school at the age of 32 to enter the world of wine - an obvious choice!
Since 2023, she has been bringing a communicative energy to the Domaine, and demonstrating a constant professionalism in her desire to serve customers to the best of her ability.
Isabelle, Accounting, Administrative and Financial Manager
Rigorous, Isabelle has been coordinating the Domaine's accounting, administrative and financial management since 2017, in liaison with all the teams.
Coming from a farming background, she appreciates the team spirit and values embodied by the Domaine.
